Paul brings over 30 years of construction industry experience as a chartered building and governance professional. He currently holds an executive leadership role within a publicly listed construction group, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and stakeholder trust across a diverse portfolio of large-scale projects.

Throughout his career, Paul has directed multi-million-pound residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments. He consistently ensures on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and the highest standards of safety and quality. A champion of innovation, he has led the integration of ESG frameworks and digital technologies, such as BIM and Lean Construction, to enhance sustainability and minimize environmental impact.

Wong Ka Ho, Horris

Deputy Managing Director

Horris Wong is Deputy Managing Director of CR Construction UK Limited, bringing more than 20 years of construction-industry experience and a strong record of delivering complex, high-value projects. Horris provides operational leadership for CR Construction UK, driving the business’s project-delivery capability, strengthening teams and building trusted relationships with clients, consultants, supply-chain partners and other stakeholders.

Horris combines strategic leadership with detailed delivery experience across residential, hotel, industrial, infrastructure and data-centre developments. His expertise spans programme and cost control, quality management, subcontractor performance, technical coordination and stakeholder engagement, enabling CR Construction UK to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to high standards.

Joanna Siu

HR/Finance Director

Joanna is primarily responsible for the day‐to‐day management of HR, Finance and Administration functions.

Joanna is a chartered civil engineer and chartered structural engineer who started her career in Aecom and Scott Wilson in Hong Kong. Joanna gained significant site experience with Cyperport in Hong Kong as resident engineer. More recently in the UK, Joanna has worked for Scott Wilson UK, WSP UK as well as for Transport for London as senior structural engineer.

With her engineering background as well as her strong business acumen, Joanna plays a pivotal role in facilitating understanding and collaborations between the construction operations, commercial and support functions of the business.

Alec Kitchener

General Manager

Alec has a solid foundation in the management of construction economics and commercial practises; coupled with extensive experience in the planning, management, and successful delivery of projects. He is actively involved and engaged in overseeing all commercial elements of the business.

Alec is focused on building and maintaining open and transparent relationships with our clients and key supply chain partners; and along with our full commercial team is adept in ensuring commercial compliance, while optimising operational and financial outcomes.

Alec is dedicated to maintaining a forward-thinking approach and actively seeks opportunities for the application of innovation and continuous improvement within all elements of construction practise; as well as balancing project design aspirations in order to maximise valued added initiatives and provide project cost certainty from the outset.
