Kai Shen

Chairman

Mr. Kai Shen was admitted as a First Class Registered Constructor in specialty of construction engineering in Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China.

Mr. Kai Shen was raised in China and have spent much of his career in the construction industry in China and Hong Kong regions. From his early career at Zhejiang Construction Investment Group Co Ltd Mr. Kai Shen has been responsible for several new builds. In the recent years, Mr. Kai Shen has been assisting the company and its associate companies enter other Asian markets and improve their operation performance in Asia as well as maintaining robust pipeline of mergers and acquisition (M&A) targets and implementing best practice processes for all aspects of the M&A process.

Calum Kidd

Managing Director

Calum has over 15 years’ experience and has held senior roles for both a main contractor and developers including Barratt London and The Hill Group. Calum has a proven track record for the delivery of mixed use and mixed tenure residential schemes ranging from 50 to 1500 homes and has delivered in excess of £1bn of residential construction. He is focused on achieving the highest standards of Health and Safety and Quality and has worked for organisations that achieved 5* HBF Customer satisfaction status for 10 consecutive years. As the Managing Director of the London and South East region he will work closely with the CR (U.K) leadership team to identify new opportunities, as well as develop and maintain long term partnerships.

Joanna Siu

HR/Finance Director

Joanna is primarily responsible for the day‐to‐day management of HR, Finance and Administration functions.

Joanna is a chartered civil engineer and chartered structural engineer who started her career in Aecom and Scott Wilson in Hong Kong. Joanna gained significant site experience with Cyperport in Hong Kong as resident engineer. More recently in the UK, Joanna has worked for Scott Wilson UK, WSP UK as well as for Transport for London as senior structural engineer.

With her engineering background as well as her strong business acumen, Joanna plays a pivotal role in facilitating understanding and collaborations between the construction operations, commercial and support functions of the business.

Shane Kelly

Project Director

Shane has over 20 years’ experience in the industry as an architect, developer and main contractor. He has managed schemes up to £125m in value across a diverse range of roles, including Head of R&D and Senior Design and Technical Management roles at Sir Robert McAlpine and Mount Anvil respectively.
