With the depth of experience of our inhouse team and our longstanding and trusted supply chain partners and stakeholders, we have the ability to deliver complex multi-faceted schemes within the principal geographical areas of London, Birmingham, Manchester and the Yorkshire regions.
We will consider a range of procurement options from two-stage tendering, pre-construction services arrangements and should the project merit the input, single stage tendering.

Our Unique Standing
We have a culturally diverse team of senior management in the UK which is supported by our board of directors in Hong Kong. This allows us to lead the operation of CRUK at project level as well as providing a single point of responsibility for all of our clients in Hong Kong, Mainland China and throughout the world. Many of our project teams have a multi-ethnic background meaning they are fluent in a plethora of languages.
The senior management team directly involved in the projects have experience in the UK construction market, covering all building types and construction methodologies ranging from historic listed buildings to modern high-rise developments.
Since 2018 CRUK has been operating under its new brand and structure . Subsequently, this has meant that we are a rapidly expanding company. Our colleagues bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise from the industry, and our recruitment strategy has centred around people who we know and trust in the industry, with proven track records of delivery.
