Since incorporation, Mr. Ricky Li has been a director of CR Construction (U.K.) Company Limited (CRUK) and has also held the position of Technical Director of our sister company CR Construction Company Limited based in Hong Kong SAR since 2014.

Mr. Ricky Li has over 22 years’ experience in structural engineering and building construction. Mr. Ricky Li has a wide range of design and site supervision experience including high rise buildings, alteration and additions works, structural investigation works, demolition works, substructures, foundations, and temporary works. Mr. Ricky Li has proven ability in the design of steel and concrete structures.

Mr. Kai Shen was admitted as a First Class Registered Constructor in specialty of construction engineering in Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China.

Mr. Kai Shen was raised in China and have spent much of his career in the construction industry in China and Hong Kong regions. From his early career at Zhejiang Construction Investment Group Co Ltd Mr. Kai Shen has been responsible for several new builds. In the recent years, Mr. Kai Shen has been assisting the company and its associate companies enter other Asian markets and improve their operation performance in Asia as well as maintaining robust pipeline of mergers and acquisition (M&A) targets and implementing best practice processes for all aspects of the M&A process.
